Switching from free feeding to a schedule

Hi guys, I'm wanting to switch Lola from free feeding onto a set schedule. I'm just wondering how to go about. Also, I'm wondering how much food I should be feeding her so that she doesn't go hungry.

May I ask why? I'm guessing it's a training diet?
To find out how much food she eats. Measure how much you give her and how much is left over at the end of the day. Then you just subtract what is leftover.
