I see no Turquoise!
Do you have 2 perches near or above each other ? it looks as if the bird has bird droppings on the feathers.
If it is a turquoise, then i better see my optometrist tomorrow

If the patches are real patches it'll probably pass as an Indigo but not turquoise. Is the bird young? patches could still be developing.

I think the bird is Violet IndigoBlue with very little patching however these will increase undoubtedly over the next year.
