I have an albino that I DNA sexed and it turned out to be a male what would be the best pairing for him? If I paired him with a lutino hen what would I get?

albino cock paired to a lutino hen... could produce lutino chicks split to blue and would be cock or hen

Hi,
Yes your answer is correct assuming the Lutino hen is not split blue, most are.
If she is split Blue then you get 50% Albino & 50% Lutino/blue in cocks n hens

What if I paired him with a pallid green hen?

A much better choice in my opinion. assuming green pallid is split Blue.
You get the males as: blue pallidIno and (green) pallidIno
Hens : Albino & Lutino
It will also help you identify the young as males or females.

without split to blue
You get the males as: pallidIno
Hens : Lutino
It will also help you identify the young as males or females.

would the young be split blue because the father is an albino?

Yes, the young would be split to blue with this pairing, with the dad being albino, mum being green pallid not split, like so:
1.0 blue ino
x 0.1 pallid
% from all 1.0
100.0% 1.0 pallidIno /blue
% from all 0.1
100.0% 0.1 ino /blue

I like that pairing but my husband doesn't what other alternatives can I search for for my pallid green hen?

My pallid green hen and Lutino male are on eggs now. I am assuming that neither bird is split blue so I would get lutino hens and pallid ino males if I took one of those palliino male babies and paired it with a blue pallid what would that give me?

Just add a Grey Pallid hen to your albino cockbird and you'll get what you want in males being Pallidino.
