Hey all. Was on here about a month ago saying that my sunny had laid some eggs. Yesterday the first of them hatched and the second today one egg left. We are so proud as this is there first breeding season. We did not think that she wwould have a successful first time as to start with she threw two eggs out. But then laid another 3. The two babies are so ugly but so cute. Any tips on what to feed mum and dad now. When we should take them out. Plan on letting her raise them for a whIle till they are bigger. Any advice on the whole subject would be great. Thanks

Generally they are taken at around 2 weeks of age for hand raising, but if this is their first time it is best to let them raise their first lot of chicks to prevent problems with the pair in the future.
