What mutation is this?

Just wondering if anyone knows what an IRN is that is blue but has patches of dark grey on it's wings and a slight grey tinge to his head and wings? underside and tail is normal blue. TIA

yep blue... and I'll say it will turn out to be a hen (though this is only a guess!).

Hi are the toe nails black or light grey?
If black, then its a blue, if light grey then its a blue cinnamon
