Breeders in Glasgow

Hi,
My father and I are looking to buy an indian ringneck. We've spoken to a couple of pet shops but unfortunately have not been able to get a young tame one. I was wondering if anyone knows of any breeders in or around the Glasgow area that we could contact directly? Also we've had conflicting information on the best age to get one and also whether to go for hand reared or parent reared? We are looking for a young one that we can interact with, handle and hopefully teach to talk.
We've had various species of birds over the years and unfortunately had to get our cockatiel put to sleep a few weeks ago as he had a spindle cell tumour on his beak that was removed but a few weeks later he took a stroke and had to be put to sleep.
Any information would be very much appreciated.
Thanks in advance. Sarah
