Mating Dance? Male or Female?

Hello can anyone tell me if only males do this kind of dance, Or can females do it too?
Im getting a new male ringneck tomorrow and i don't two males, If mines a male i'll wait for a female. Gene shows signs of being male and female so i give up on trying to distinguish the behaviors.
