Worming drops make water BRIGHT YELLOW!!

Hi all,
I know I'm probably being silly......but the Bird Wormer I bought turns the water bright yellow, and I wanted to check that this happens to everyone? I followed the instructions, 1ml wormer to 15ml water, but can't help feel I want to dilute it more.
I'm being a nervous nanny I know, but I sure wouldn't want to drink something that yellow, (unless it was a pineapple Vodka Cruiser
)
