My Indian Ringneck is really quiet!!!

Hiya all!!! My Male indian Ringneck is really quiet!!! He hardly ever chatters or speaks at all!!!! To tell you the truth Ive not once heard him chatter or anything!!! Is it possible to have an indian ringneck that doesnt chatter or anything???? Its very alert and eats well just doesnt chatter, tweet or anything!!!
