Ok I have a handfeeding question, I have been handfeeding her since about 4 weeks old, and everything I have read has said to drop a feeding when they lose interest, so she has dropped all feedings except nighttime....and I don't want to force her to stop handfeeding but to me, it seems like at 5 months old, it is just out of habit at this point..she eats solid foods and loves her adult diet. Can I just cut out the hand feeding, or is it really something I need to continue doing until she decides to stop?

I'd probably gradually the amount of formal at night feedinga over a month, it might stress the bird to drop it in one go

Ok good to know! I was getting worried this may go on for several more months! I shall gradually lessen the amount she gets at night and see how that goes
