my female doing weird dances to me

I have a indian ringneck, i've raised it since a chick, its about 5 days off 1 year old
we have had it DNA Tested it came back as Female blue Lace wing
im the owner Male, the one who raised her and done everything
she's never ever !! been aggressive ,
I'm the only one who can touch her everyone else she attacks
my girlfriend stands next's to me, while shes on my shoulder she will go all Fluffy and growl.. and some times try to jump to attack her she's has bitten her far to many times little yet drawing a bit of blood anyone that go's near me she pounce's on to them and attacks them like shes trying to protect me ?
What is wrong with me bird ?

Molossus is right but your girlfriend can work your bird so that she will accept her too. It requires you to take a step back and let her have the positive interactions with the bird. She offers the treats (and you stop offering the treats), etc.

Another option would be to try getting her a mate. This may or may not lower her level of attachment to you.
