My ringneck makes a noise while he flies, what is this?

I've noticed today that while my ringneck is flying, he's making this type of noise that I haven't heard before. I guess it sounds like a pigeon when they're flying, I don't know whether it's a dumb question but I just wanted to make sure that is he ok? He is flying perfectly fine though. Could anyone tell me the all clear?
