Hey guys i need the pro's to help me out on this one

I have two females that people tell me are blue, but i have a feeling that they are cobalts (i know they are hard to come by, but things happen)

there are 2 females, both look a darker shade of blue almost violet, but with flash on with my camera, they look normal blue

i see resemblance in them and my birds, but last time i asked the same question, i was told that they are blues

So the IRN's in the video are cobalts or dark blues?
