supplement for breeding..

hi to all members..
did anyone can suggest me about supplement for breeding?
in my flock i just use cuttle bone to provide them calcium....
i wonder if we can give a mineral block, clay or not?

fruits and veggies that have calcium and lots of good nutrients should do the trick.

The calcium available from cuttle bone is minimal, I use bread soaked in hi calcium milk around breeding time, but it can't stay in the aviary too long.

i just watch from youtube video..they take some kind of clay as a supplement..
should we provide them with clay in aviary?
did anyone know about the clay?

High calcium milk? is that lactose free milk?

No Its just Devondale brand Smart Hi Calcium, less fat milk. You have to be careful not to leave it in all day if theres any sun around as milk goes off pretty quickly.

I know this is an old thread, but in case other people read it i wanted to mention that milk or any Dairy products should NOT be given to Ringnecks.
Instead use a Mineral - Calcium Block supplementary to the normal diet of Seed or/& pellets and fruit n veg.
