What makes a lutino a lutino?

I have a yellow hen which i had been calling a lutino until i read that they must have red eyes. My hen has black eyes! She has a red beak (of course) and has white tips on her flight feathers and longest tail feathers. If she isnt a lutino then what would she be? Just yellow? I'm confused when it comes to my colourings. If anyone knows of a good colour chart anywhere please post link
