Breeding IRN

well i was wondering what do i need exactly to start breeding my IRN and if i need a license or not...and if i do were can i obtain one and how much will it cost me.

It is possible that in some countries you may need a license??? Where in the world are you located?

You don't need one in Queensland, Australia where I live but here I think we need to have a license to keep native birds as companions.

I live in Victoria Australia, over here we dont need license to keep IRN but however yes you do need a basic wildlife license to keep native Australiain birds. For ringnecks you dont need a license to breed ringnecks.
