Smelly fish breath!?!?

Today playing around with my 3 and a half month old irn I discovered his breath is stinky! I was reading around and I'm really scared! His breath smells like fish and I have noooo idea why. He eats his pellets and his millet and occasionally his fruit, it's a struggle. But he's active and super curios! Please help me. Why is his breath so stinky! And is it true it might be an infection???
