out of cage time??

out of cage time??
how often should i let my bird out of the cage and for how long? also should i leave him alone or go after him so he wont hurt himself?

Most days mine come out twice (morning and afternoon) but there are no set rules. Some people leave their birds out all day. I don't like to leave mine unsupervised because they are liable to do something silly and get themselves into trouble but others do. Admittedly I can be a bit on the over-cautious side.

hi i have a 10 months old female
we have had her for 2 months
she likes to play beekaboo and will sit and chat 2 you
the only problem we have is she wont come out of her cage we leave the top open and side door we talk to her and encourage her to come out but what ever we do she wont come she sits near the top and looks out but she wont come out
we also have trouble when trying to touch her she doesnt bite or show an aggression she just moves to the opposite side of the cage she will only let you touch her tail
could you give me advise so she feals safe wih being touched and being out of the cage
