Apple sauce?

my IRN was showing a lot of interest in applesauce but before i let her at it just wanted to check that its safe?
Home made or store bought?
It's probably ok but check the individual ingredients. Apples are ok. I wouldn't give your bird too much as apples are filled with natural sugar and apple sauce probably has added sugar too... so keep it for treats.
