I have 3, 2 week old IRNs...Today I pulled them out of the nest to get a close inspection. I noticed that one of the babies has a broken beak!?? The other two are just fine... All of them are opening their eyes and are nice and well fed... SO, Im assuming the mother or father may have fed him/her too roughly?? Plz any info would be greatly appreciated.....

I think that calls for a vet visit... :/ maybe some experts on the forum can help. I would take my bird to the vet right away, though.

This will not occur as a result of vigorous feeding. The chick was hurt by accident or has a health condition.
