Hey guys I brought a Indian ringneck blue lace ring , about 6 months ago so he/she is about 7 months old , she/he has always been fond of me Im the only one that's ever held it it makes weird noise's most times it go's into this mood the eyes zoom in and makes strange sounds and try's to feed me it's just started making regeneration movements head bopping up and down and beeping

I'm currently uploading a video. Of the noise's behavior.
issue 2. : he's a blue lace wing. blue body. white head. he's malted got new pin feathers
But the pin feathers are Yellow..?

The noises & the head bopping are all baby behaviors. They will probably disappear soon. Enjoy them! You miss them when they stop!
I don't know anything about mutations so someone else will have to help you with that.

he only makes these baby noise's to me though and no one else why is that?

My girl was more likely to make those noises to me than anyone else. I guess she saw me as her surrogate parent?
