Hi there, Just got a blue/pallid cock, parents: pastel blue pallid cock pastel grey hen, found genetic cal and as far as I can figure if I breed this bird with my Ino hen will get

50%1.0 pallidIno/blue
50%1.0green/blue

50%0.1 green/blue
50%pallid/blue

My qustion is does the hen have to be lutino or albino? and what colour is the male chick pallidIno/blue and what colour is the female chick pallid/blue.


Hope this makes sence or am I so completely wrong I shouldnt even go there.

to produce those chicks your hen should be lutino...

pallidino/blue is green pallidino/blue... here is a picture from wanadoo/psittaculaworld/mutations

Just wondering how much a pallid green series bird costs?, or a blue series pallid. And how much do the pallid ino or pallid turquoise blue go for?
