Beak growing inwards?

The sides of Paladin's beak near his cheeks mostly are growing slightly inwards, like a fold, is that normal? It's near where the skin attaches both bottom and top together?

The problem of overshot and undershot beaks isn't unusual and can be corrected by an avian vet .
