At the age of your birds it would be almost impossible to tell what sex they are as male (cock) ringnecks don't usually get their black ring come in around their neck till at least 2 years old sometimes slightly older. so In theory you could be lucky and have a pair or you might have 2 the same only way to know for sure is to get them DNA tested by a vet or surgically sexed by a vet the latter of the 2 being the most reliable.

at a guess I would say the white one could possibly be female however at 2 years old it may go through another molt and get a ring its just not that simple if it was 3 or 4 years old I would say female for sure, and as for the blue it's just not possible to tell the sex by a photo if your very familiar with IRN cock and hen behaviour (which I am not) you could probably make an educated guess (but still possibly get it wrong) unfortunately for you my friend its patience or pay up the bux and get them checked out by the vet.
sorry I cant be of more assistance than that.
anyone else out there by all means correct me if I'm wrong I'm no expert

No. Not by looking at pics. DNA test them as you could end up waiting 3yrs only to end up with two same sex birds.
