Unusual Leg Band

Hi, I've been researching leg bands. I am unable to find any information on the one on my IRN. While most bands have three letters this only has two. The leg band has:

AE FL then three numbers.

I have read that all bands are not registered, but thought maybe someone might have seen this on their birds. If you have any info I sure would appreciate it. Thanks.

if your in the U.S. ae is probably the persons initials and fl is probably florida check with L&M bird bands they probably supply most breeders in the U.S.
