Hello
My Ringneck 'Buddy', who we think is a male, is only very friendly with me.
He will get up on my shoulder and just coninuously 'tap' and 'rub' his beak on me. He will talk to me as he does this. Can anyone tell me what this behaviour means, or if it means anything??? He will also at times hold his wings out a little as well.

So is typical male behaviour? He is 2 years old now and no ring as yet. I know it takes a while to come out.
I tried to post a video but it wouldn't work
The pic of him in my signature is a few months old now.

He should get his ring next moult then.
