African Ringneck newbie

Hi,
Just got an African RN. It is a boy, not sure of age, or anything about him. I got him from a friend of my brothers, who did not have him long, so not much info. Where do I begin with him. He lets me put my hand in cage and set it on perch, while he sits. I have a lot of work ahead of me.
