Beak Cracked -- HELP PLEASE

I have a feeling there is something wrong with our baby's beak, but I don't know how serious it is and how treatable. At the tip of her top beak the coloring is almost white and the beak appears to have cracking in it. I hope it is due to a diet issue and we can fix it. I attached a picture. Can anyone help? I've never own an IRN before.

Is Popcorn a white IRN? I have a white IRN and the beak tip is white but no cracking. I can't post pictures either. I hope your IRN is okay.
