IRN and soy

Hello everyone,
I have a question. What soy can IRNs eat? Like the soy you get in chinese restaurants?
this is what I mean:
or do they eat this (you have to cook it right?)

Hi, generally not recommended for them...

thank you, i was asking because soy was on the list what the can eat. but if its not recommended then i wont feed him any

hey there, there are so many differnet lists and peoples own opinion on what tp feed and what not,
let me clarify my statement before another board member gets annoyed.
Generally I do not recommend it....
My personal feeling with my birds....

The first picture, soy sprouts, those are just fine! Sprouts are one of the best foods you can give.
