Some Questions

it seems that when looking at most baby birds, their feet are HUGE! does it mean that the feet grow at a slower rate after hatching or dont grow at all? It just seems that baby ringneck feet have a larger feet to body ratio than an adult!

I also want to ask if a DF violet is always darker in colour that a SF violet? and what is the cause of that?

out of most birds, is the IRN one of the most bad tempered (as it goes through buffing... and just seems to be much more... agressive....)

hope you dont mind answering so many questions!
thanks in advanced,
azure

Hi there,

Regarding the feet they just grow at a slightly slower rate.

Regarding DF depending on the colour depends on how it effects in violets yes the bird will be a darker shade of violet, you can tell easely when a single factor and double factor are next to each other.

Regarding tempremate then yes the IRN is more aggressive but females tend to be twice as bad as males, During bluffing how ever its about the same male and females put up an even fight.
