Is she definitely a ringneck?

Hi everyone,

I was recently given a bird, which I was told is an indian ringneck. She looks exactly like a female ringneck (she only has a light green ring, as opposed to the black ring of a male) yet she has a black beak. All pictures I can find online are with red beaks. It is not a plum coloured beak like an african ringneck, it is pure black.

Please help!

might be an african ringneck they look the same as an indian ringneck but have a black beak
