hi my indian ringneck Suki ( blue ) is not molting i've had her for about a year and i heard they are supposed to molt twice a year but nothing is happening i can't tell if she is a female or just a young male how do i get her/him to molt?

hi, they will moult when they are ready, and according to season, you cannot "make" them moult.
Their feathers will slowly fall out and regrow when ready...
