I would like to see another picture of the whole bird,
But from what i can see thats not a lutino,
Its a Turquise Blue ino or better known as creamino.

Hi;
I agree with Glenn. It seems to be a creamino (turquoise-ino) with a heavy expression of turquoise, so that only the primary flying feathers are white.

What is the color of the tail? White or Yellow? Did you the parents?
If the tail is white then your bird could be a creme ino otherwise it is a lutino.
But i think it isn't a pure lutino because all body feathers have some kind of a darker yellow fringe.
So perhaps it carries the dom. edged mutation too. But i am not sure. thats why ask for the parents.
Thx.

Thank you for all your replies. Both parents are green but the hen has a lighter shade of green though. With this cluth they've produce 3 greens with different shades and the lutino. I will post some Picts later, thank you.

OK we are going to need to see pictures of the parents if there both green in some way.
At a guess the mother of the bird is turquios and the father is green split blue ino.
But still want to see the pictures.

Thank you Glenn, concerning the history of the hen no idea at all. Because I just got it from our local petshop here. But before I've paired the green hen with blue/Ino. They've produced 2 clutches of 3. Both have 2 Inos and 1 green, but with the last cluth it produce a lighter shade of ino.
