Hey guys,
I've been a breeder of many types of birds for several years... This is my first attempt at ringnecks. I was given a "pair" of ringnecks... The female is latino and the "male" is turquious... my question is i have been looking at ringneck mutations on-line and all male turquious ringneck males have a ring... Mine dosn't... Is my he a she???? They where given to me as a proven and very prolific producing pair.... If they end up both being hens that's cool also.... Thanks in adb=vance for any information you can give.

The only male birds that do not have a ring are the Albino (white) birds. All the other male ringnecks get their ring around two years old.
