Keeping Ringneck pair Outdoors

in a cage 3ft by 1 1/2ft. tall and 2 1/2 ft long side to side. im trying to breed them but it keeps raining and its very cold. tips? i live in southern california.

hi, use something to cover them, and provide them and their nesting box some protection from the elements.
