Diet for Sick Bird

Help please!!!
One of my ringneck is recovering from diarrhea. As of now, she eats and drink by her own. Eventhough, she eats just a little, there are signs that she is slowly recovering. For her foods, I am giving her small amount of veggies in the morning, and seedmix. I also give her eletrolytes in her drinks for dehydration.
I just want to ask if I can give her handfeeding formula as her diet?
Please suggest any ways including foods and medicines that I can give her to speed up her recovery. I would be glad for your help.
