From what I have read, all I know is that a ringneck is classed as adult after they have completed their first full molt and have their adult plumage (ring/or no ring) at approximately 18 months. But then maybe they reach actual adult size before this, just not with their adult feathers (??).

I love going back and reading my pre-coffee replies. Much fun.

Hindsight 20/20 good answer Kyria, thanks. :)
