hand rearing

hi i have a bonded pair IRN which i want to breed but i work full time and cant hand rear them, but i have heard alsorts of story about IRN eating their own babes and not raising their own young is this true?

i really do wanna breed them but cant hand rear :?:

I have never heard reports of eating their young... but I have heard that sometimes first time parents don't know what to do and may let them die.... or if there is only one in the nest, sometimes the male will kill it to throw the female back into breeding mode.

I'm not a breeder though, so I'm sure someone who knows will respond too.
