this is the best i could do it always wants to have its back towards me.

i found a photo on google and it called his a Turquoise Blue Split Cleartail would this be correct?

Its is a Turquoise bird.

Which is what they call parblue, the one you are talking about it s different.

Turquoise blue would look more lighter blue not the green yours shows.
And the split cleartail is what the bird would carry but not show visually.
