How to remove the rings.

Fiyero came with a blue band thing on his foot and it is starting to irritate him. Is there anyway to get it off?
I tried cutting it with scissors but it wouldn't budge.

In wouldnt try to remove it unless you absolutely have to.

I am only asking because the skin underneath is a raw and it is clearly annoying him

Go to the hardware store and ask for a small pair of wire cutters and that should get it off.
If not able take it to a vet and they will take it off.
Its probably raw cause he is playing with it.
If none of those available get some more toys for it to try and distract it from touching it.

Hi it is best to leave it on, as if he gets lost immediately someone knows he is a pet, try taking him to a vet to treat that and provide him with mental stimualtion, they are easily distracted with with a treat and a new toy, try distract him as soon as you notice him picking.!
