I only bought the base which is made of aluminium.. the rest is so easy to do.. you just cut the pieces from a wooden broom stick and screw them together it only takes about 2 hrs to do

i cant realy tell from the photos but i do know that males normaly have longer tales than females, but if they are not adults yet i could be hard to tell, hope this helps

sorry for the late reply... no i do not have blue prints... I just cut the pieces from the broom stick and fixed them together... BDW cutie still no sign of the ring

you may not know yet because they genereally get their rings between 2 and 3 yrs old but if you go to the vet and get him/her dna tested they can tell u, by the way they say its cheap to dna test.
