Mould on my IRN tail ??

We have just had a rainy week, but my IRN was never in the rain so i am guessing it is just moisture, i have just noticed the bottoms of her tail feathers look as though they have mould on them...... she is a yellow irn, and i don't know what to do she also seems to be losing some feathers around her eyes, other than that she is still very happy and still herself , i do not no what to do please help?????
