Eating to many seeds?

Well, We've gave Milo seeds, veggies, fruit and enjoys to eat all.
But, what I have been noticing is that he is very fond of the seeds and
eats a lot. I just don't want him to get overweight.
We have gave him carrot, pumpkin, cucumber, strawberry's. We use a screwer and filled and
put the apple in the screwer and it nibbles on it.
Should I take his seeds away for a bit and see's if he copes with the fruit and veggies?

As long as Milo is getting a varied diet, the seeds should be just fine. You could try limiting the seeds if you think he is eating too many, and offer more veggies.

If you are very concerned (though I don't think you need to be, seeds are healthy just as long as that isn't all he's eating) some people give seeds only certain times of the day. You might notice that Milo eats much more at certain times of the day (for Hane he eats the most in the late morning and early evening) and at those times you can remove the seed and encourage the eating of the veggies and fruits.

Hane gets his seed sprinkled on top of his veggies, just enough for him to enjoy but leaves room for the fresh stuff.
