Ringing of babies legs?

Hi, I am planning on breeding in the new year but would like to ensure proper records are kept of my babies and would like all thier legs ringed, but where do you get the rings from and how do you go about registering them? i know their is somewhere you can register them, in case they are lost and can be identified by their numbers?
