Will they be friendly?

Im wondering if you can pull IRN's out of the nest at 4 weeks of age and still tame them to make good pets?
Sure you can, My dads pair of ringnecks excaped a cage at night time and she was on 1 baby green ringneck which was 6 weeks old. so far he has been the best hand tame ringneck I have ever had. I guess it depends on the amount of time you spent with it.
