Will my baby IRN be able to perch? Deformed foot.

hi, i have a baby indian ringneck about 4 weeks old. Yesterday i noticed that on one foot all of his toes are facing forward like a paw, do you think he will grow out of that and be able to perch normally? Thankyou

My IRN has the same problem and the breeder told me that it is because he/she always lies on it and that itll get better as the bird gets older
