Hello Everyone,
Glad that there is a site to help beginners out...Just bought 4 baby indian ringnecks at 3-4weks of age..they are Pastel lace wings, very pretty....i have a spoon, and syringes...some of them eat from the spoon, others like the syringe.. How much should they be eating per feed??...there crops look full from the front, but it doesn't come up along ther necks...does thet mean they need more...they dont really seem to keen on being fed. i'm on day 3 of having them..any tips please would be great....I have alot of pets here..I'm in Australia..3 dogs 1 Akita x,1 corgie x(old),and Pomeranian x ****-zhu x maltese, 2 cats 1 that is a normal breed, and the other a Burmilla..they are both babies 6-7 months old..one was a rescue puss...i also have a weirro, which is 2 nearly, and he's called stinky tink, and 3 fish tanks, and 4 rescue rats that are spoilt in a lovely big cage with wheels, and mats down so they dont get sore feet, and they get chasned about ever 2nd day...they are toilet trained, although sometimes, have accidents...lol..ohh and 2 baby guinea pigs, 1 absynnian, and 1 smooth coat with a coronet of his head, they are so cute....and them not being enough, i though i'd try hand rearing, as i love pets/animals so much...i also 2 weeks ago with the help of rescue saved a dog from euthenasia, he was in the pound, and i had him here fostering him, and now he has a forever home...very successful......i have 3 kids, all love animals, and are very gentle with them, and a partner...we have our own home.....which is good.....
Hope to hear from you guys soon.....
