IRN Colour

I have a 5 month Old IRN but has still a greyish colour with some greenish spots. Does anybody know when my Ringneck develops his proper colours?

Maybe you've got a Torq Gray IRN.

Boq, I quess I have to wait a little bit longer than. I am finding it a little bit strange that it still has like grey baby feathers on, with green patches here and there.
