I don't usually ask color questions however I'd like your thoughts....

Very interesting there looks to be a greeny browny wash threw the wings! (different)
The rest of it looks like a Blue cinniman at the stage its at.

Whats are the parents?

Well the wash is Pastel...
There is no cinnamon here, cinnamon dilutes the color alot.
The bird is pretty dark.

I just got a new laptop yesterday an have looked at your photo again (yes it is dark) on the old laptop it was light

So what is the parents of the baby?

Maybe its cobalt(dark factor) Pastel(turquoise) Blue!

my bird's wings look like that but he/she has really light blue comming through on its stomach, and really pale blue tail feathers.

I am not even going to begin a guess.....but will say....very cool!!
