How long does it take for a breeder to tame/hand raise a IRN

Hi there!
I was wondering on how long does it take for a breeder to tame a Ringneck?
Half a month, a month, three months????
Also,
Could someone please try to find a breeder who breeds Indian Ringnecks on the Central
Coast, NSW Australia; I can't seem to find anyone!
